About

Who am I?

...that's one of the hardest questions to answer, especially since I'm still trying to figure it out myself. So, I'll start with the basics. My name is Dayse. I'm 1 of 8 children. We're all PK's (preacher's kids), and I fall somewhere in the middle. I graduated college with a B.A. in Political Science (which you should never get unless you're destined to be a lawyer or politician, and I'm neither LOL). I can speak 4 languages. I'm a fashion/beauty blogger "Dazzling Dayse." I currently live in South Carolina. I do a plethora of things, but all surrounded around one common theme- education. See, I don't even know why I decided on Political Science...of all trades...ANYWAY...

Above all of those accomplishments,  I am a woman of God (that's the important part, so you can erase the rest of it out of your memory).

I've started this blog, because, in reality, I'm an introvert. I have full conversations in my head, but I can only say two words when facing the person one-on-one. Some people have been an exception to this weakness; however, I find myself still holding back at times. I have a lot to say, but I never say it. I feel safer behind a keyboard, because it gives me time to plan out what I want to say.

My thoughts and opinions don't change because of a keyboard, so let's be clear. They remain the same in writing as they will in person. If they do change, you'll probably be the first to know. lol. I'm a woman, we're allowed to change our minds. LOL. just kidding. ANYONE is allowed to change their mind.

However, I want to share the good, the bad, the easy, the hard, and most of all God's grace in my life.

I know there are a lot of you young, single, christian women out there looking to see if anyone else is going through what you're going through...well, yeah, I'm right here. ME. We're in the same boat. If you are in need of some christian realities and uplifting words, then this blog is right for you.

I look forward to sharing my journey with you & I hope we can help to each other! :)
Sincerely,
Dayse
